Review and manage order book, focusing on timely delivery performance and backlog management. Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally, utilizing problem-solving skills to address delivery or invoice challenges.. Adapt to new tasks and special projects, actively seeking ways to improve organizational efficiency and customer experience. Contribute ideas and initiatives in team meetings. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to address customer-reported or self-observed challenges. Undertake additional duties as required. Build and maintain customer relationships. Follow established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement. Participate in lean activities to drive continuous improvement. Requirements of Customer Support Coordinator: Previous experience in order management, customer service, or a related field. An undergraduate degree is a desirable requirement. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A team player, yet able to work independently when required. INDL
