Client Services Officer (Housing) North West Housing Services is a leading provider of housing management, maintenance, property investment and finance services to housing co-operatives, small housing associations and leaseholders. We are based in Liverpool and operate throughout the North West of England. Salary GBP36,992 per annum plus essential car user allowance of GBP1320 30 days leave (includes 3 concessionary days at Christmas), flat rate bonus performance reward scheme, enhanced defined contribution pension scheme (8.5% employers contribution) and employee health cover We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and customer-focused person to be part of our team, working from our office on Devonshire Road in Liverpool. This is a full-time, permanent post. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high quality housing services to our members. Your responsibilities will include: Delivery of housing management services including lettings, rent arrears control, void control and tenancy management Working closely with member organisations to maintain positive relationships and build trust Providing administrative support and guidance to our member organisations Production of reports for members committee meetings Attendance at members committee meetings This is a challenging and demanding role offering an excellent opportunity to join an established, hardworking team, dedicated to providing high quality, professional services to our members. Essential Qualities include: Minimum of 12 months rsquo; experience providing housing management services Good standard of general education, literacy and numeracy Good written and oral communication skills Knowledge of housing legislation and good practice Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good IT skills Commitment to high standards of service delivery We are a learning organisation and will support staff undertaking relevant professional qualifications.
