Receptionist

About The Role Team ndash; Facilities Working Pattern - Office based in the Vitality Stockport Office. Part time, 14 hours per week. We have 2 receptionists in our Stockport office, it will be expected for receptionists to cover each others annual leave. What this role is all about: As a Receptionist here at Vitality you will provide a world class front of house service when dealing with visitors and colleagues and answering telephone calls as required. Key Actions Visitors welcomed and administered to ensure their introduction to the company is in keeping with a lsquo;world class #39;s ethos and best practices To uphold company security procedures by utilising security card entry systems Maintenance of the company car parking policy to ensure fair and consistent access to car park spaces, and to uphold security procedures Assistance with Evacuation Procedures to ensure safety of staff Communicate emergency procedures to all visitors on arrival to the building Providing cover and supporting as required in other areas of the Facilities Team Answer all incoming telephone calls and establish the most appropriate destination ensuring Service Level Agreements are met Present a professional and courteous welcome to all external visitors to the building in order to create a positive image of the company The job holder is required to communicate with staff and managers at all levels up to and including Board members Ad hoc Facilities tasks as required by the manager to support other areas of the department To ensure that local and role specific Treating Customers Fairly requirements are met in line with key outputs Administer the eye care voucher scheme for staffEssential Skills needed to fulfil this role: Flexible in approach and ability to prioritise and manage tasks Excellent communication skills 6-12 months experience of switchboard or reception environmentSo, what rsquo;s in it for you?
