Finance assistant

Benefits: * Onsite parking * Eye care vouchers * Benefits Hub ndash; Retail discounts * Career opportunities Duties and responsibilities: * Supporting the existing finance and accounts team * Assisting with preparing monthly prepayments and accruals * Assist with preparing balance sheet reconciliations. * Posting of cash book journals and bank reconciliations * Assisting with maintaining the fixed asset registers and posting of depreciation * Prepare and post ad hoc payments as required * Preparation and positing of the spreads journal to allocate shared costs * Assist in the reconciliation of intercompany balances each month * Assist in the distribution of petty cash to services around the business * Provide support during the annual audit process * Provide support on the sales ledger as and when required Skills and experience required: * Experience working in an Accounts/ Purchase Ledger role * Enthusiastic and positive nature * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Strong attention to detail * Experience using Sage (Desirable) * Ability to work to tight deadlines If you are a self-motivated, enthusiastic Accounts professional looking for an exciting new opportunity, then please APPLY today or contact us for more information!
