Senior building physics consultant

Senior Building Physics Consultant Location: Manchester, UK Purobuild are currently working with an award winning, global consultancy specialising in sustainable building design and engineering. This leading consultancy are looking for a Senior Building Physics Consultant to join their growing team based in Manchester. The successful Senior Building Physics Consultant must have relevant experience within a consultancy based position and be confident communicating with members of the design/engineering teams and liaising with clients on project matters. Senior Building Physics Consultant will also be responsible for managing and leading more junior members of the team on projects and training them in areas of development. The successful candidate will join a growing team working on some exceptional, multi million pound, complex projects. Senior Building Physics Consultant requirements: bull; Minimum 3 years experience in a Building Physics role bull; Proficient using IES VE and undertaking energy analysis bull; Experience with Part L calculations bull; Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc) bull; Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessments bull; Experienced in IES ApacheHVAC for detailed energy modelling bull; Low Carbon Consultant (LCC) / Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA) qualification desired If you think you would be a good fit for this role, please email a copy of your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed).
