Clinical Support Specialist - Orthopaedics Location: Greater London + surrounding areas outside M25/ Herts/ Essex Product: Orthopaedic Extremities - hand, foot, wrist, ankle Who you rsquo;ll be working for: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing orthopaedic distribution company which has seen extremely strong performance since its inception. The role is an opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of medical devices and offers a great prospect to enter the commercial medical device market. What you rsquo;ll enjoy: * You will be joining a relatively small company with a fairly flat management structure, so decisions get made very quickly. The team is very interactive team, and you are able to speak to management easily in a non-hierarchical environment. * They are always adding new and innovative products to the portfolio and compete against the top foot and ankle suppliers in the market. * Their product focus is elective orthopaedic work mainly, so there is very little trauma on-call element to this role. What you rsquo;ll be doing: * You will work closely with the area manager and help drive the business by supporting orthopaedic cases in the operating theatre and building relationships with key clients, such as orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and theatre staff in hospitals. * You will also help organise conferences for consultants and other medical staff as well as attending key exhibitions around the UK. * You will foster and maintain relationships with key clients, including surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff within hospitals. Here rsquo;s what you need: * Previous orthopaedic industry experience is required, so you may be an orthopaedic scrub nurse or ODP wishing to expand your experience. * If you have experience as a clinical support specialist within orthopaedics, this would be advantageous. Basic Salary: GBP34,000 - GBP40,000 Bonus: GBP4,000 - GBP5,000 annual bonus, based on KPIs (e.g. customer feedback) Car policy: Company car
