School Admin Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear Salary: GBP75 - GBP100 per day Contract: Temporary, Full Time GSL Education is recruiting School Administrators to join educational institutions in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office and operations. Job Summary: Manage school reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and greeting visitors. Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, processing paperwork, and managing school correspondence. Support the administrative team and senior leadership with ad hoc tasks and projects as required. Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Coordinate schedules and appointments for school staff, students, and external stakeholders. Provide administrative support during school events, meetings, and examinations. Qualifications: Previous experience in a school administrative role or similar position is advantageous. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and database management. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
