About the role: We are looking for experienced support workers to work for a day care centre in Sutton in Ahsfield (NG17) area, to work with young adults with various complex needs. Duties will include: * To create a home environment that exceeds the needs of the young adults, enabling them to develop their characters, feel safe and enrich their lives. * To provide a stimulating environment, implementing educational, personal and social development of the young adult * Contributing to the young person rsquo;s care plans and risk assessments * Maintain and promote residential care work to high levels of professionalism with citizens with physical disabilities, Autism or challenging behaviour * To meet the emotional and physical needs of our young adults and maximise opportunities for their development SHIFTS: Monday to Friday 9am-3pm on a regular basis, 30 hours per week. Rota prepared in advance. Rota prepared in advance, working hours can also be 10am-4pm to offer flexibility.
