Project manager

Our client is one of the UK #39;s leading demolition contractors offering a complete demolition and asbestos removal service across the UK and through expansion, they now require an experienced demolition contracts manager for a large project in the North West. About the opportunity; We have been tasked with finding a Project Manager on a permanent basis who has proven experience of delivering demolition, asbestos removal and enabling works packages. As a Project Manager, you will join the company rsquo;s existing management team, reporting directly to Operations Director and will be responsible for the onsite management of a project, ensuring it is managed within time and budget. You will have direct responsibility of all site staff, ensuring they are motivated and able to complete the task at hand. As a Project Manager you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contract and its duration, have a clear understanding of the client, project expectations, and requirements and also you rsquo;ll play a key role within their senior management team. About the benefit; For this opportunity, we are looking for professionals expecting to earn anywhere between GBP50,000 to GBP65,000 per annum, however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability. There will be a generous package offered which includes private medical insurance, company vehicle, phone, laptop, pension and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). Lastly, you rsquo;ll be put through relevant training and refresher courses and progression plans with be discussed and put in place so you have a streamlined development plan for the future. About the requirements: Suitable individuals will have previous experience within a similar role. You will also be able to show a strong history from a site operative or engineer level through to management over the last 5-10 years. This experience should have been gained whilst working for a reputable demolition contractor. Lastly, for this opportunity, only professionals who hold a solid background in Demolition / General Enabling Works can be considered and you must hold a relevant demo, management cards along with a CSCS Black card
