Warehouse operative

We are recruiting for production/warehouse operatives for our client in Milton Keynes food production. Shifts AM/PM The Role This multi-skilled role is fast paced and full of variety. You could be in the repair department scanning units and receiving customer goods, or in the logistics department area supporting in shipping, receiving, or carrying out general warehouse duties. Key Job Responsibilities middot; Ensure that customer units are handled / stored correctly and can be located within the facility. middot; Adhere to housekeeping policies across facility. middot; Uphold all company polices. middot; Ability to work overtime and shifts if required as per contract. middot; Fulfilment of orders and end of day closure process. middot; Replenishing stock middot; Testing, configuration, screen/clean of customer goods middot; De-Classification and Classification of customer goods middot; Dispatching and receiving of customer goods middot; Willingness to undertake a number of roles ndash; general warehouse work and housekeeping. middot; Good attitude with the ability to stay motivated and productive. middot; Helpful and willing to take ownership of certain duties. middot; Work independently onsite in a safe manner taking into account both your own and other people rsquo;s safety. middot; This is not an exhaustive list and you may be required to provide support to other areas of the business when required. Background middot; Experienced in working in a similar role. middot; Must be able to prioritise workload to ensure SLAs are met. middot; Ability to think on their feet and react quickly to operational situations and changing circumstances. middot; Excellent written, verbal, and presentational skills as communication is key to this role. Skills middot; Highly organised with a good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. middot; Self-starter with strong motivational skills and a completer/finisher attitude. middot; Drive and determination, sees tasks through to completion. middot; Positive, energetic approach to any task given. middot; Good communicator with outstanding organisation skills.
