The firm have multiple lawyers that are viewed to be shaping the legal industry. They are regularly instructed by listed companies on complex and cross-border cases. The Opportunity Their Corporate department are highly ranked in the L500 and are regularly instructed by domestic and international clients. The department are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax (Senior) Solicitor to advise on: Direct and Indirect Tax Private UK Cross-border M A Private Equity transactions Corporate re-organisations Restructurings, and venture capital investment.
