We are looking for an Part-Time HR Coordinator to join our client #39;s busy team based in Central London. They are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and organised professional who is looking for a new opportunity with a dynamic and forward-thinking company. Duration: 2 months temporary Hours: 9am-5:30pm Days: x2 days a week most likely to be Mon/Tues or Wednesday Pay: GBP17-19phr Location: Waterloo Key responsibilities include: Assist the HR Business Partner with global HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, training, and recruitment. Manage daily HR administrative tasks and employee benefits. Maintain HR records, update HRIS databases, prepare HR documents, and generate reports. Help review and update company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance records. Support managers with employee engagement projects and communication. Contribute to HR initiatives to enhance the employer brand through recruitment and retention strategies. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition and Global HR teams. Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and escalate as needed. Handle documentation for employment offers, contracts, onboarding, resignations, probations, promotions, salary increases, and reference requests. Update HRIS recordsWhat are we looking for? Previous HR experience required within a administrative or generalist role.
