Conveyancing solicitor

A reputable East London firm specialising in family and conveyancing law takes pride in their professionalism and commitment to delivering top-quality service is looking for a full-time Conveyancing Solicitor with experience to join our busy department. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for client service and a genuine interest in property law. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage own caseload in Residential Conveyancing and have some supervisory experience. Handle transactions from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment. Preferably possess experience in Commercial Conveyancing. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems. Strong communication and drafting skills. Ability to thrive under pressure with keen attention to detail and excellent organisation skills. Collaborate effectively within a team and with other legal professionals. Fluency in additional languages (besides English) is advantageous. Salary: GBP40,000.00-GBP50,000.00 per annum depending on experience. Benefits: Company pension scheme. Free on-site parking. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Location: Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Romford or plan to relocate before starting work. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Conveyancing required. Licence/Certification: Practising Certificate from the SRA is mandatory
