Contract software developer

For: Contract Software Developer Term: 6 - 12 months Rate: GBP380 day IR35: Small Company exemption Location: Remote Job Description Spectrum IT are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Contract Software Developer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both VB.NET and C# development practices. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to work confidently on the clients legacy platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software applications using VB.NET Debug and fix software defects Assist with integration tests Work with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and implement requirements Deploy and maintain software applications to production environments Follow Agile development practices Required skills Experience in software development using legacy VB.NET along with C#.NET SQL Server knowledge Javascript, HTML, CSS Angular (Beneficial) Strong understanding of Agile development practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf suitable please apply or contact Natasha on for more information Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Limited is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
