Quantity surveyor

Our client in North London is offering an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role is open to candidates at all levels, from entry-level to experienced professionals. Working closely with company directors and a supportive commercial team, candidates should possess strong communication skills. While experience in the brick and blockwork sector is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Responsibilities include: - Assisting with interim valuations and final accounts - Supporting project cost reconciliations - Assisting in take-offs and compiling Bills of Quantities (BoQ rsquo;s) - Supporting in pricing BoQ rsquo;s according to contract requirements and market conditions - Participating in site visits before tender submissions - Supporting tender pursuits and attending relevant meetings - Assisting in creating material procurement schedules - Reviewing subcontract orders for approval - Ensuring contractual compliance to protect company interests Salary and benefits are negotiable based on experience.
