Key Skills and Requirements: Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND. Understanding of various SEND conditions and appropriate support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
