Credit Controller * Location: Aldgate, London E1 8EU * Hours: Monday ndash; Friday 9:00am ndash; 17:30pm * Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 Gross per annum plus Company Benefits Exponential-e Want to be part of a leading British-owned tech company? Your new role We rsquo;re seeking an up-and-coming collection professional, looking to expand their experience in collecting aged as well as existing debt, building rapport directly contributing to the revenue of one of the leading IT solution providers. * To engage and collect due debt across all assigned customers * To ensure accounts are managed to a good standing, inc adding notes * To take responsibility for the debt, chase internal dept rsquo;s where required * Allocating receipts where required * Success in this role will see you reducing debt to agreed KPIs, and building interdepartmental and external relationships What you rsquo;ll need to succeed * Preferred 1-2 years #39; experience in a similar role * Strong excel skills * Negotiation skills * Must be PC literate and able to use standard software packages particularly Excel * Strong customer services focus * Responsible and willing to take ownership of work * Experience working for an ISP or communications provider would be preferable but not essential.
