SEN Teacher Location: Welwyn Garden City Position: SEN Teacher Salary: GBP150-GBP230 per day Job Type: Full-Time Are you a dedicated and passionate educator with a deep commitment to supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing SEN school near Welwyn Garden City. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a range of special educational needs. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with support staff, parents, and external agencies. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic progress. Employ a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Monitor and report on student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support a holistic approach to education. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience working with children with special educational needs in a school setting. Must have a Child and Adult DBS. Must have a full-time right to work status. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. Strong organisational and time management skills.
