THE IDEAL CANDIDATE uuml; Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. uuml; Have previous experience as a Year 4 Teacher or within a primary school environment. uuml; Possess effective communication skills, connecting well with both young people and colleagues. uuml; Display enthusiasm and consistently maintain a positive attitude. uuml; Show a genuine passion for working with children. uuml; Embrace teamwork and exhibit strong communication skills. uuml; Approach teaching and learning with creativity and excitement. uuml; Maintain a calm and patient teaching approach, complemented by excellent behaviour management skills.
