It support engineer

The salary will be GBP24,000 - GBP28,000, group performance bonus scheme, 25 days holidays +BH, Life insurance, Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm. Roles Responsibilities * Providing deskside support, which will include solving and closing tickets * Assisting with onsite hardware support and mobile devices * Infrastructure maintenance * Maintaining operating systems, ensuring they are up to date and patched * Hosting IT workshops with internal staff * IT procurement and printer/photocopier maintenance * General administration and data processing to include auditing equipment and keeping asset register updated Experience and knowledge required * A natural passion for IT * Good communication skills (Written and over the telephone) * Organised with a very good attention to detail * Problem solving trouble shooting * Willingness to learn * Windows 11 * Windows Server 2016+ * SQL Server 17+ * Active Directory * Group Policy * Networking ndash; routers and switching * Face to face and remote telephone support * Microsoft 365 and accompanying suite of client applications * The benefits of a lsquo;security best practice rsquo; focused mind-set * Fault finding PCs, Laptops, printers, desk phones * MDM ndash; mobile fleet setup and management * Documentation, internal and end-user focused * At least 1-2 years in a similar role For further information, please apply and Stewart Lupton, JSL Solutions - Automotive Aftermarket Recruitment will be in touch.
