Learning support ta pm only

Learning support assistant required in Newham for an immediate start! We are looking for a LSA to work on a one-one and group basis in a school in Newham you would cover a 12pm to 12:30pm lunch duty and then look after two different pupils through out the afternoon who require support. This is a long-term position that has an immediate start date. The working hours for the role are 12pm to 3:30pm Job responsibilities: In this role, your main responsibilities will be: * Providing a safe learning environment for the pupil(s) * Using creative methods to keep the pupil(s) engaged and to enhance their learning experience * Helping them learn through play, both indoor and outdoor activities The successful candidate will have: * Experience working within schools, preferably as a Learning Support Assistant * A calm demeanour and the ability to interact with pupils who have different abilities * Flexibility to work as directed by the class teacher Benefits: * Access to training and CPD * Flexible working as this is a part time role and you could have the opportunity presented for additional hours * Competitive pay rates and receive a weekly pay * Build on experience leading to career progression and other opportunities
