Field Service Engineer - Vending Machines across Kent Sussex ndash; Full Time A family vending business based in East Peckham, near Tonbridge. We are continuing to grow and currently have over 500 vending machines across South East England offering hot drinks, snacks and cold drinks. We are also beginning to venture into fresh food. We have a permanent position of Field Vending Engineer to join our family business. Responsibilities * Attend reported machine breakdowns * Carry out any pre-planned preventative maintenance tasks * Order parts and manage returns for warranty claims * Feedback any customer requests * Maintain good communication with the office * Have a friendly and approachable demeaner whilst on customer sites * Ensure your van is kept clean and tidy whilst reporting any vehicle issues to the office Physical requirements * Able to move parts and small machines from vehicle to site * Weights of up to 20 kilos ndash; lifts/trolleys often available but may have to use stairs. * Driving a van to various site during your working day. The successful candidate will be proactive, attentive and driven to find the cause of any faults. They need to be personable, professional and presentable at all times. You will take responsibility and pride in looking after the machines across different sites and therefore having a good level of fitness would be essential. This is a Full-Time position, 40 hours, worked flexibly Monday to Friday. However daily hours may vary with differing start and finish times depending on the needs of the business. Over time, holiday and staff sickness cover available. Previous experience is essential and further training will be provided. We work closely with Coffetek, Crane, Evoca and Westomatic equipment.
