Your responsibilities will encompass: Assisting teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons. Supporting the academic progress and emotional development of individual students. Providing one-on-one or small group support to pupils who require additional help. Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment. Preparing teaching resources and materials as required. Monitoring student behaviour and ensuring adherence to school policies.
