Invoice administrator

Immediate Start: Administrator, based in Warrington on a temporary contract, weekly pay and GBP12.02 per hour! Were looking for an administrator to join a busy Logistics office based in Warrington on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be joining the UKs leading logistics group Monday to Friday with free car parking, free food, and drinks from the onsite restaurant! You must have a driving license and your own transport for the role. What will you be doing as an Administrator? middot; You will be providing administrative support to the department. middot; Manage the admin mailbox. middot; You will be working within the internal and external departments to communicate relevant information. middot; Inputting invoices on to the system middot; Invoicing data entry. middot; Dealing with purchase orders and raising POs. We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: middot; Excel experience is essential for the role. middot; Your previous role may have been working in as invoice administrator or purchase ledger. middot; Strong IT skills. middot; Good communication skills. middot; You must have your own driving license due to the location. middot; Youre able to use your initiative. middot; Happy to work in a team and independently. What will you get in return for your work as an Administrator? middot; GBP12.02 per hour. middot; Weekly pay. middot; On-going temporary contract - gaining experience working for the UKs leading logistics group. middot; Free breakfast and lunch with free drinks all day from cappuccinos to cans of coke! middot; Free car parking. middot; No weekends. middot; Monday to Friday 8am-5pm OR 8:30am-5:30pm.
