Job Title: Service Advisor (Car Dealership) Location: Ipswich, IP3 9SP Salary: Up to GBP26,000 (depending on experience) + bonus ndash; OTE 30-32K Department: Aftersales Full Time and Permanent ndash; Monday to Friday with rota for Saturday mornings Our client is a well established and respected New and Used Car Dealership with 22 dealerships across East Anglia, London and the South East. They are now actively looking for a Service Advisor for their car dealership in Ipswich. Job Purpose: To drive the standard in customer care and deliver a courteous and efficient reception ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. To ensure high standards of quality workmanship and be an advocate of the service lsquo;Process Development Plan rsquo; and support continuous process improvement. Our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who has the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. You #39;ll have excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment. In addition to a strong people background, they are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm along with a willingness to contribute to the team and more importantly their customers. Key Responsibilities: * Drive the standard in customer care with the diverse customer base * Manage the relationship between customer and dealership. * Manage the service process effectively. * Go beyond process in delivering exceptional customer service. * Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers to ethically promote the wide range of our clients products and services. Essential Skills Experience: * Administrative experience. * Able to handle sensitive and confidential information. * Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience handling complaints. * Evidence of customer facing administrative experience. * Experience in a selling/customer service environment. * Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points. * Evidence of lsquo;Right to work in the UK rsquo; In addition to receiving a competitive salary, for the right candidate this position will offer: * 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Bonus payments are based on your performance. * Pension Scheme Life Assurance. * Company discount.
