Responsibilities: Support the primary school teaching team in delivering engaging and well-planned lessons. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Provide tailored support to students, including those with diverse learning needs. Implement various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles. Assist with classroom management to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with teachers to prepare learning materials and resources. Support students during activities, assignments, and assessments. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents/guardians, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Requirements: Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field preferred. Experience working with children in a primary school setting. Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Familiarity with the primary school curriculum and teaching methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students #39; learning and well-being. Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
