Job Title: In-Store Collateral Coordinator Location: London Position Type: Hybrid Salary: GBP35,000 per annum (17.95 per hour) Overview: Our client, a global beauty and cosmetics company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an In-Store Collateral Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless offering and ordering of in-store collateral across all regions, maintaining existing elements, and introducing new evergreen visual merchandising (VM) concepts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in data management, and effective communication abilities to collaborate with various global departments and regional teams. Responsibilities: #x25CF; Collaborate with global departments to align on the content of in-store collateral offerings, ensuring adherence to creative guidelines. #x25CF; Facilitate the setup of all product codes within the ordering system, maintaining accuracy and completeness. #x25CF; Develop bulletins and guidelines outlining in-store collateral requirements, distributing them to all regions and markets. #x25CF; Monitor and review order status and details, proactively addressing any discrepancies or issues. #x25CF; Manage regional inquiries regarding in-store collateral, providing timely and accurate support. Key Skills and Qualifications: #x25CF; Proficiency in data management and organization, with experience in maintaining spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy. #x25CF; Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with global stakeholders and regional teams. #x25CF; Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. #x25CF; Proactive problem solver with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. #x25CF; Previous experience in retail or marketing coordination preferred.
