Sales administrator

I am looking to speak to candidates from a Sales Administration background that understands the importance of outstanding customer experience and attention to detail. * Process sales orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Raise customer sales invoices * Coordinate with various internal teams, to ensure timely order fulfilment. * Process customer orders accurately, verifying pricing, quantities, and product information. * Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication. * Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Maintain and update sales order records and documentation * Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies * Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing enquiries and resolving any order-related concerns. Are you: * IT Literate (able to use Outlook and MS office suite of products) * able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers * a strong team player * customer service focused * a good communicator and have a good eye for attention to detail * have strong experience in a sales administration role (minimum 2 years ideally) The role is office based and offers free parking If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting sales teams, we would love to hear from you.
