Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide support to individual students or small groups, ensuring a positive learning environment. Help create and maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom. Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents. Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students. Requirements of a Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children in an educational setting. A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students. A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development. Qualification: While qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 are desirable and advantageous, they are not essential.
