Electrical project manager

We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for an Electrical Project Manager based to work in and around London on a hybrid basis. Generally 2/3 days on site and the rest working from home. With ambitious growth plans and recent ambition to help them achieve it, my client are on the lookout for their first dedicated electrical project manager to cover the projects in the London area. Having already built a strong business in the North West and Midlands area, this role will continue their growth in London. The package is negotiable and will be discussed further at interview but will be realistic and in line with market rate. With a rough guideline being in the GBP60-GBP70,000 region, however should you be looking for more, it is still worth a conversation. Job Role: * Projects will generally be commercial including the likes of hotels, restaurants and leisure centres etc * You rsquo;ll have the ability to work from home when not on site with future plans of having an office if it rsquo;s deemed necessary * Manage projects from conception through to completion * Manage multiple projects at any one time in line with project scopes and deliverables * Assist financial management on construction projects and ensure they rsquo;re informed of any differences * Assist with the tendering of projects * Pre-construction coordination of design, planning and procurement activities. * Working with various clients and stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered successfully and in line with current building regulations Skills and Qualifications: * Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager in a commercial envrionment * Preferable Electrical Qualifications such as a HNC/HND in electrical engineering and Project Management Qualifications such as APM/Prince2 * SMSTS + CSCS card If you meet the above requirements and are interested in the Electrical Project Manager role, please click lsquo;apply now rsquo; and a member of our team will be in contact
