Mortgage and protection advisor

My client is an exciting, successful, Independent Mortgage Brokerage who are currently experiencing large growth. The company #39;s main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele. Due to business expansion and high demand the company are currently looking for three additional Mortgage and Protection Advisor rsquo;s (handling mainly Residential and BTL cases initially at least) to join their team. Based upon the exciting growth phase that this company is within, it is a great opportunity for new entrants into the business to develop a long term successful career within the firm with many possible development opportunities. Within this role the successful candidates will be based at the firms lavish, modern Borehamwood, Hertfordshire office. In turn the company are keen to secure experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisors who reside specifically locally to this area. Free car parking is available onsite and the office is a short walk from the local train station. Free breakfast and lunch is provided to all members of staff each day, made by the firms inhouse chefs. There is also a pool table within the office to enjoy your breaks fully! The successful candidates will receive a Self-Employed contract with the company, with a possible additional initial salary guarantee/retainer (the monthly amount paid and the length of the guarantee/retainer being negotiable based upon the candidates circumstances) and competitive commission splits which rise further linked to performance. In addition to the company rsquo;s large existing base of clients and the referrals, recommendations and repeat business that they gain from them, the company also work with various forms of business introducers including estate agencies. The client introducer base is consistently growing. The company also gain further new clients based upon their marketing campaigns. In turn you will be provided with all of your client leads with no need to have your own existing client base. Within this position key role features include; * You would provide mortgage and protection advice from the whole of market. * Warm client leads will be provided to you, in turn you are not at all required to have your own client base for this role. * Post submission of cases, all of your further administration will be completed for you by an administration team. Allowing you to spend more time speaking with and meeting with clients. Once your case has been submitted the administration team will then regularly liaise with your clients, lenders, solicitors and yourself, seeing your cases through to their successful completion. * You will benefit from the compliance support provided by the firms rsquo; mortgage network. * You will work within both a professional environment, where you will be treated like an adult and trusted to do your job well. Key candidate attributes: * Mortgage advising experience is essential. * In turn you must hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent). * Excellent communication skills (both English written and verbal). * Strong organisation and time management skills. * My client is keen to hire candidates who are ambitious, driven/committed to succeeding, whilst also being a team player. A successful candidate will receive a Self-Employed contract including lucrative commission splits of all banked business, with no thresholds/targets/validations to achieve before you begin to earn commission. Leading to a realistic 1st year annual OTE averaging GBP40,000 to GBP60,000, a 2nd year annual OTE averaging GBP80,000 to GBP100,000 and a 3rd year annual OTE averaging GBP120,000+ An initial monthly salary guarantee/retainer can also be put in place for you.
