Control systems engineer

BMS Support Engineer If you are an experienced in Controls Software Engineering and you are looking for real opportunity for job progression, the possibility of international travel, a challenging and rewarding position then you have found it. We are looking for a predominately site based BMS Support Engineer to provide service and support to our internal teams. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware solutions, primarily with Trend and Tridium BMS Systems. You will carry out maintenance and project works. The ideal candidate will have some experience with electrics. This role is not a hybrid position, it is site based, in Hayes, London with two weeks working core hours and then two weeks on call. You may have to travel to other sites, so a UK driving licence and transport is essential. This role is offered as a permanent position. BMS Support Engineer responsibilities include:- resolving network issues, configuring operating systems to provide immediate support. You will provide clear, verbal and written instructions and provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals where necessary. Working with the sub-contractors onsite to ensure the project stays on programme and the quality assurance is achieved at all times. You will be the person our customers trust on site. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems. Qualifications To be qualified for this position, you should hold qualifications in a relevant field (or time served), such as Electrical Installation or Controls Software Engineering or proven work experience as a Service Engineer, Field based Engineer / Technician, or similar Hands-on, customer facing role.
