I am seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Lead to deliver and lead on a PBS strategy for a leading care provider based within the Midlands area. Supporting adult #39;s who live within their Residential and Supported Living services who have various complex needs including mental health diagnosis and learning disabilities. You will provide direct support and guidance to a team of Operational Managers and their teams to deliver on Quality objections and provide the best support for the people living within the services. You will promote a positive culture within all services and will ensure delivery of person-centred care in line with best practices and current PBS guidance. The ideal candidate for this role will: * Have sound and proven PBS knowledge and experience. * Have experience of working within a Management and/or PBS role within adults services. * Have experience of managing referrals and/or transitions of complex care clients. * Have a relevant qualification related to Positive Behaviour Support. The is a full-time (Monday-Friday) role, however flexibility may be required according to the needs of the services you support. A generous salary is on offer for this role up to GBP50,000, with great progression opportunities in the future.
