PERMANENT EXPERIENCED INDEPENDENT FINANICAL ADVISER (IFA) ndash; 40 - 50K - BEDFORD We are looking for an experienced IFA to contribute to the success of an small, independent organisation So what is in it for you? * An established business with a strong client base and a good reputation * Grow with the business and become part of the team * Paid parking permit * Finish early on a Friday * Great atmosphere with a family, friendly approach Daily duties are likely to involve:- * Ensure new and existing clients make profitable decisions to meet their financial requirements * Prepare financial plans and recommendations to ensure clients meet their targets * Generate new business and build relationships * Maintain and update knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products * Prepare and communicate easily understandable suitability letters capturing your recommendations to customers. * Prospecting (lead generation from existing clients) * Offering a range of advice appropriate to the Adviser rsquo;s competence * Comply with the requirements laid down in the Compliance and Administration procedures * Create compliant client files where all communications are documented correctly * Fully conversant with Intelligent Office. * Obtain and maintain an active lsquo;Statement of Professional Standing rsquo; (SPS) In return, what we need from you:- * Experience as an IFA/Financial Planner * Level 4 required * Strong understanding of Pension/Investments * Strong communication skills * Someone looking to grow with the organisation * Hours are predominantly Monday ndash; Friday 9am ndash; 5pm but business allowing you may be able to finish 4pm daily and 3pm on a Friday So, if you are interested and want an immediate opportunity, please apply immediately with your cv Thank you for your interest in this position.
