As a Teacher of Geography, you will play a crucial role in nurturing students #39; understanding of the world around them. We are seeking a candidate who can bring the subject to life, fostering curiosity and critical thinking in a supportive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging geography lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students #39; understanding and interest in geography. Assess and monitor students #39; progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of the department. Participate in school-wide activities, such as field trips, to enrich the students #39; learning experience. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.Qualifications and Experience: A relevant degree in geography or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Proven experience teaching geography at the secondary school level. A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
