Overview: * Our client is a well-regarded Bid Consultancy firm, specialising in supporting Technology, Digital and Software Suppliers getting onto government frameworks. * Due to organic growth, they rsquo;re now looking to grow their bid team and are on the look out for a talented Bid Managers, Bid Co-ordinator or Bid Writer with experience of bidding for public sector frameworks across the IT, Technology or Software sectors (other sectors considered, however the experience of bidding for public sector/ government contracts is non-negotiable). * They currently typically deliver a bid review service to Technology, Digital and Software providers, reviewing their drafts and giving feedback however they rsquo;re looking to expand their services to deliver more end to end bid management, so part of the role would be to help them develop those processes and services as well as managing a number of bids. * Culture: Very progressive and collaborative with an emphasis on well-being of staff. Since November they have been trialling a 4 day work week (32 hours) with no impact on salaries which has worked incredibly well so this is just about to be made a permanent working arrangement!
