A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager in the Preston area to join a rapidly expanding company, currently at approx 120 employees. This is initially a sole role, developing existing processes and managing all HR funtions. Our client is a forward thinking, supportive, fun and happy organisation who are looking for soneone like minded to join their SMT. The opportunity- middot; Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties middot; Providing all aspects of Human Resources support middot; Compiling and updating employee records -Managing and updating HRIS ndash; HR/Payroll system middot; Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) middot; Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc, GDPR, Quality Management processes for policies and documentation) middot; Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations middot; Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews middot; Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees -Inductions About you- middot; Proven experience middot; Excellent organizational skills middot; Strong communications skills * CIPD qualified or equivalent All applications are dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
