Japanese Speaking Sales and Operation Coordinator - What You #39;ll be Doing: * Processing of orders, deliveries, samples, payments, and administration for customers and Head Office * Attend to clients and HQ staff from Japan * Provide daily support on all inquiries between customers and HQ, including booking hotels, cars, restaurants, flights etc. * Arrange approvals with designers and HQ * Translate between Japanese and English at a business level * Arrange meetings and VIP events * Perform accounting/finance-related duties and use SAP Japanese Speaking Sales and Operation Coordinator - The Skills You #39;ll Need to Succeed: * Experience in import/export and logistics * Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills * At least business level communication skills in both Japanese and English * Strong Excel skills and accurate numerical skills Please follow us on Linkedin: people-first-team-japan We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
