Job Type: Temporary Contract Job Role: Front of House Receptionist Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm OR 10.00am - 4.00pm on Sundays Pay rate: GBP85.80 per day (based on 7.5 hours) Location: Stafford We are actively looking for a highly professional and well-presented individual to work for a luxury car dealership in Stoke-on-Trent. As the receptionist, you #39;ll work within a prestigious showroom, take the time to talk to customers, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team. You #39;ll focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times. Role and Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting customers / visitors Taking inbound telephone calls and re-directing calls Addressing complaints and handling other front desk duties Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manner Light administrative tasks Skills / Requirements: Approachable, eager to help both staff and clients Reception / office-based experience Self-motivated pro-active Able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure Excellent time keeping Must have a #39;can do #39; attitudeIf you are available to offer your skills and expertise, then please apply now.
