If the answer to these questions is Yes then this is the job for you Working for a leading Estate Agents in Winchester our client is looking for a new Sales Negotiator to join their busy team Duties will be many and varied but will include :- Speaking to clients and potential buyers Conducting viewings and valuations Liaising with both internal and external clients Dealing with new enquiries Putting together sales particulars Negotiating offers Full involvement with all aspects of the sales property division The successful candidate will be energetic and hungry for success with an excellent telephone manner and a real interest in the Property Industry Previous experience within Sales or Lettings would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate A clean driving licence is essential The role is office based Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm so candidates need to live locally to Winchester.
