Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor Salary: Circa GBP46K + company annual bonus + Private healthcare Hours: Monday ndash; Friday on Days. Location: Easy reach of Leamington Spa, Coventry, Banbury, Daventry, Rugby, Towcester, Northampton and surrounding areas. Essential requirements: CNC Programming ndash; Offline programming ndash; able to mentor other programmers. Familiar with 5 Axis Milling (hands on). Haas or Fanuc preferred. Company: A well-established, secure, low volume high quality European precision engineering company ndash; well known for their specialist hydraulic systems supplying the Marine, Offshore, Sub Sea, Oil Gas, Nuclear, Agricultural, Yellow Goods, Automotive Construction markets. They have a fairly small team in the UK hellip; less than 40 people hellip; this isn rsquo;t like working in a massive organisation where you are in danger of being burnt out ndash; these people care. They have been trading for over 70 years and have continued to grow in the UK for many years. This is a new position due to continued growth. The company are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor ndash; they have a number of Haas 750 and 1250 5 axis Milling machines. They employ a small number of programmers and setter operators and the position will involve supervising and mentoring these members of staff. The position is ldquo;hands on rdquo;. Your job will be to ensure best practices and correct procedures are followed. The job also involves controlling the tooling vending machine and tooling suppliers, following KPI rsquo;s and liaising the Quality team. The staff all work as a team and support each other ndash; they want someone to fit in ndash; someone with a good attitude ndash; someone who goes that extra mile.
