About The Job: #x1F4DD; As a Customer Care Administrator, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with our valuable customers. You will be responsible for processing their orders, from goods in to Despatch, and addressing any queries they may have. By effectively communicating with the warehouse department, you will ensure that all customer orders and service level agreements are processed accurately and adhered to. Your exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities: #x1F469; zwj; #x1F4BC; #x1F4DE; #x1F538; Liaise with customers to process their orders and resolve any issues #x1F538; Monitor and maintain daily operations of assigned customer accounts #x1F538; Utilise and manipulate customers #39; own EDI systems #x1F538; Create delivery labels and process returns #x1F538; Review customer forecasts and advise on stock replenishment #x1F538; Build strong relationships with customers and address their complaints #x1F538; Collaborate with internal teams to improve cross-departmental relations #x1F538; Ensure adherence to Health Safety policies and procedures Skills and Experience: #x2705; #x1F4DA; #x1F4AA; #x2728; Strong communication and administrative skills #x2728; Excellent IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook #x2728; Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment #x2728; Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload #x2728; Team-oriented and can-do attitude Join our client #39;s dynamic team and make a difference in providing exceptional customer care.
