Mechanical project manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee our mechanical projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, costs, ensuring efficient progress, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities: * Cost Management: * Analyse project budgets and track expenses. * Place orders for materials and services. * Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle. * Progress Tracking: * Ensure projects adhere to schedules and programs. * Order and call off materials to maintain efficient progress. * Prepare progress reports for stakeholders. * Quality Assurance (QA): * Capture photos for handovers and sign-offs. * Maintain high-quality standards. * Working Hours and Flexibility: * Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. * Flexibility to manage your time effectively. * Qualifications: * Essential: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. * CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) skill card. * Desirable: * IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certification. * First aid qualification. Salary and Benefits: * Minimum salary: GBP48,000 (higher for exceptional candidates). * Company car allowance. * Expenses and mileage reimbursement. * 25 days of holiday. * Pension benefits.
