Japanese speaking sales support

Position: Japanese Speaking Sales Support Salary: GBP30K / year Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30 (Flexitime, including a 30-minute lunch break, totaling 7.45 hours per day, with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00) Language: Business level proficiency in English and Japanese #x3010;Responsibilities #x3011; bull; Collaborate with the administrative teams in Japan and the UK, handling communication and negotiation regarding orders, sales, delivery schedules, shipment changes, and pricing. bull; Support the Sales Director by collecting data, preparing templates, and sending documents to relevant departments in Japan (e.g., inventory reports, sales reports). bull; Participate in meetings with the Sales Manager and provide support in communication with the Japanese team. bull; Assist in scheduling visits from Japan (e.g., hotel reservations, updating visit schedules). bull; Provide support for sales account management tasks assigned by the manager. bull; Assist the sales manager and sales team as needed, including creating sales reports. #x3010;Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications #x3011; bull; Experience in sales, technical support, or e-commerce. bull; Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese. bull; Knowledge and experience in Sales Force (or similar sales systems) and web portals for purchase orders and invoice issuance. bull; Preferably familiar with SAGE X3 and SAGE SEI. bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams/Zoom. bull; Experience with Adobe Standard or Adobe Acrobat DC is a plus. bull; Only applicants with the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship will be considered (applicants with YMS visa or student visa will not be conside
