Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours Benefits: 6% bonus 26 days annual leave + stats Gym Membership Pension scheme (8% employer) Private medical Insurance Relocation assistance Life Insurance 6x salary Reward gateway retail discounts Health Safety Officer - Summary of core responsibilities: Drive the development and implementation of EHS training and development ndash; focussing on continuously improving the knowledge and know-how of all co-workers: implementation of the ldquo;Take Action, Take Care rdquo; philosophy. Manage and continuously improve the effectiveness of all the EHS committee forums on site. Support the EHS Manager on reviewing all investments and machinery with the support of Project, Maintenance and Operations Managers. Establish and build strong relationships with production floor, Safety and Union Representatives across the business to ensure a proactive Safety Culture within the business. Maintain and improve business Standards to comply with business Key Priorities. Completing monthly KPI, Environmental CCA Reporting. Support the EHS Manager in the delivery of the Strategic Safety Plan. Support the EHS Manager in the implementation of the EHS systems and processes into the site Integrated Management System; management and control of system to ensure compliance and updated. Skills Experience required: We #39;re seeking a candidate with similar experience as a H S Advisor / officer within a manufacturing, Engineering or construction background. You will need to be NEBOSH Qualified and have a good knowledge of internal audits, risk assessments and safety process
