Account manager

The main purpose of the role is to manage and build relationships with businesses through regular engagement. The ideal candidate will hold a proactive and positive approach and be passionate their work. To be considered for the Business Liaison Officer, you rsquo;ll require the following essentials: Similar experience in a customer service or sales environment Been self-motivated and able to work to deadlines/ targets Have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time Build and maintain strong relationships Have a passion to help others and the local community Have excellent communication and customer service skills Within the Team, you rsquo;ll also be: Manage a business portfolio and ensure they are kept up to date with marketing campaigns Organise and attend networking events Work towards KPI rsquo;s based on your engagement with businesses Ensuring that all processes are actioned in a timely manner Update the bespoke electronic system and maximise opportunities General administration duties Salary Working Hours GBP24,400 per annum Full Time Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and birthday off Wellbeing Programme Flexible working Learning and development opportunities Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
