Role: Residential Support Worker Location: West Midlands/East Midlands/ Multi-location within these areas Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 dependent on experience plus bonuses and sleep in pay. WHAT WILL I DO AS A RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER? The real question is what don rsquo;t you do? Imagine what would you be expected to do as a parent, it rsquo;s the everyday things to sometime quite big things.
