Person specification: * Must have GCSEs with grades A - C (minimum C in Math and English). * Proven experience in customer service. * Prior experience handling incoming telephone calls. * A background in financial services, banking, or insurance is a plus. * Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail. * Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner.
