Our client has recently invested in a number of new services and aim to become the go to mental health residential provider in the North West! This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven nurse manager to make this service their own, build a team and drive standards. This is a specialist service for adults with functional mental health needs. To be successful, you #39;ll possess: * RMN * A minimum of 2 years #39; leadership experience in a mental health setting. * The ability to excel in both independent and team-based work. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A genuine passion for providing outstanding care to adults with mental health needs.
