Logging maintenance requests and assigning the tasks to the appropriate Contractor /Maintenance Operative Preparing reports from the CAFM system for Estates and Operational personnel Tracking repairs and overdue works Coordinating maintenance workers via the CAFM system Liaising and communicating with Contractors Liaising and communicating with Site Staff Providing administration support to Regional Facilities Managers.What you will bring To be fully conversant with Word, Excel and other Microsoft office applications Excellent written and computer skills including accuracy Make decisions based on own knowledge seeking guidance from the Regional Facilities Manager when necessary Developed communication skills including Telephone Manner Enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation Excellent Time Management Skills and ability to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines Excellent organisational skills and able to use own initiative Proven track record of working in an office environment Analytical and problem solving skills Able to work alone or as part of a teamRequirements for an Enhanced DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice.
